As homeowner, you are paying for the lighting of the streets in your neighborhood.

If the street light is not working, we are wasting money. If you see street lights that are out get the pole number, address and call Center Point Energy at 713-207-2222 or

Street Light Outage Reporter

The HOA does not have any control over when Center Point Energy fixes the streetlights in the neighborhood. They are in the process of replacing all the old lights with more energy efficient ones and this may delay in getting a streetlight fixed.

If you have to park in the street, do not park directly across from another car ( when cars are parked this way there is not enough room for emergency vehicles to get through.
Do not park directly across from another driveway this makes it hard for residents to get in and out of the driveway.

ACC Application

ACC Application must be submitted for approval PRIOR to conducting exterior renovations to your home (i.e. fence replacement, tree removal, etc.)

You must submit any plans for improvement or modifications to your home to Winchester Meadow Architectural Control Committee (ACC) as instructed on the application . Sterling Association Services Inc. will processes all Architectural Control forms for review by ACC. This form needs to completed, processed and approved by ACC prior to any exterior work to be done on your property. If you would like to check the status on an application, please call Sterling Association and they will be happy to assist you with any questions you may have pertaining to your ACC application.
